Seed Forum Process

The project goal (result indicator) is to run 18 Seed Forum Events and 3 Ukrainian Business Angel Network – UBAN events. Until September 2016, UNINI supported organization, implementation and adequate follow up on number of events that supports business development and access to finance. In total (September 2016), the project run 3 UBAN/SF events in Kiev and 20 Seed Forum Events:

In addition, the project took active participation at two business events:

  • Norway-Ukraine Investment Conference was organised by the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and supported by UNINI (11 November 2015).
  • Norwegian Ukrainian Business Forum has been opened by the Norwegian and Ukrainian Prime Minister (18 November 2014).

 

Feasibility Study Venture Capital Development in Ukraine

The main objective of the Feasibility Study for Setting up and Developing Argentum like Fund in Ukraine (Study) was to establish an overview and analysis of the access to finance for SMEs in Ukraine and specifically, to explore the feasibility of setting up and operating Investment Fund in Ukraine based on the model of the Norwegian Argentum Fund that operates in the Nordic markets. This study will be used as one of the decision making tools for the decision makers and investors in Ukraine, Norway or other countries to consider to setup similar operations in Ukraine
