Map Chernihiv
Chernihiv is located north of Ukraine at a distance of 150 km from the city of Kiev is one of the most ancient cities of Ukraine.

The main branches of industry located in Chernihiv are chemical industry, food processing, light industry, building materials industry and woodworking industry. Despite its small population of under 300,000 inhabitants, Chernihiv has a community of over 2,000 active ICT specialists and innovators. The region displays excellent performance in labor market efficiency, ranking 1st among the 27 regions of Ukraine. The main reasons for this include a strong link between salaries and productivity and a high proportion of women in the labor force. Chernihiv is the home of many educational, academic-research, and cultural institutions. Among them are the Shevchenko Pedagogical University, a branch of the Kyiv Polytechnical University, many technical colleges and research institutes. Majority of the IT companies in Chernihiv focus on outsource and gaming.

Minor iHUB in Chernihiv City is opened on 27 April 2015. UNINI provided small contribution to setting up and developing this iHUB initiative. The Manager has been appointed, and the furniture that has not been used from the iHUB in Kyiv is transferred to Chernihiv iHUB. It has capacity to host 36 entrepreneurs, two conference rooms and an event zone fully equipped for maximum comfort and productivity right in the city centre.
